The BIF 12 furnaces are designed for general purpose industrial heat treatment applications which include-stress relieving normalising and annealing. Elite offers a bespoke design service to tailor the BIF design to meet your specific process requirements.

Standard Features
  • Free radiating coiled wire elements.
  • Low thermal mass insulation.
  • Traditional hard-wearing refractory used for chamber hearth and entrance which protects against damage and supports heavier loads.
  • The insulated door opens upwards and outwards keeping the hot face away from the operator.
  • The door switch isolates power from the heating elements whenever the door is opened for maximum operator safety.
  • A small chimney is fitted as standard.
