Overview

Pre-heating furnaces with a single zone and multiple tubes are versatile, energy-efficient, and especially suitable for baking fluxes and crucibles. The baking process reduces contaminants and improves measurement accuracy and precision.

The baking process is simple and easy to implement, and it can effectively remove impurities and moisture adsorbed by crucibles, samples and fluxes during storage, reducing the blank value and stabilizing the measured value, improving accuracy and precision of measurement.

The TMH14 Pre Heat, Single zone, Multi Tube Furnace is available as two configurations

  • TMH14-1: Pre Heat Furnace, Single Zone, Single Combustion Tube
  • TMH14-4: Pre Heat Furnace, Single Zone, Four Combustion Tubes

The TMH14 series preheating furnace offers greater efficiency because it allows operators to burn off crucibles simultaneously in two or four combustion tubes instead of just one. With this capability, productivity can be increased by up to four times.

For consistent and reliable results in various analytical applications, the design of TMH14 series pre-heating furnaces focuses on precise temperature control and uniform heating.

  • This product is a stylish bench mounted furnace with integral controls mounted in its base, and is fitted with a shelf to store the crucibles.
  • Faster heating and cooling with high quality, high efficiency insulation.
  • TMH14 series furnaces equipped with high-quality heating elements designed to achieve fast ramp rates.
  • Inner dia meter of tube is 50mm for crucibles, samples and fluxes baking.
  • K type thermocouple for precise temperature measurement. High end microprocessor PID temperature controller.
  • Easy to use temperature controller clearly displays set temperature or actual temperature.
  • The furnace is supplied with 2 (or) 4 work based on the selected model which allows manual loading of the crucibles from the front and unloading from the rear.
  • An independent overtemperature controller is fitted as standard.
  • Power Supply: 230V - 1 Phase -50Hz with N & E.
