Overview

Pre-heating furnaces with a single zone and multiple tubes are versatile, energy-efficient, and especially suitable for baking fluxes, crucibles and other applications.

The baking process is simple and easy to implement, and it can effectively remove impurities and moisture adsorbed by crucibles, samples and fluxes during storage, reducing the blank value and stabilizing the measured value, improving accuracy and precision of measurement.

The TMTH14 Pre Heat, Single zone furnace is available as two configurations

  • TMTH14-1: Pre Heat Furnace, Single Zone, Single Combustion Tube.
  • TMTH14-4: Pre Heat Furnace, Single Zone, Multi Combustion Tubes.

The TMTH14 series preheating furnace offers greater efficiency because it allows operators to burn off crucibles simultaneously in two or four combustion tubes instead of just one. With this capability, productivity can be increased by up to four times.

For consistent and reliable results in various analytical applications, the design of TMTH14 series pre-heating furnaces focuses on precise temperature control and uniform heating.
