The TSVH175 furnace is a vertical tube furnace with a separate control panel for most common laboratory thermal processing applications.

These models are heated on both sides of the chamber by molybdenum Disilicide elements.

Standard Features

This furnace is floor mounted and can be supplied with separate controller console in a remote two meters of interconnecting cables.
Energy efficient, high quality, low thermal mass insulation provides fast heating and cooling.
A work tube is not supplied as an integral part of the furnace and therefore has to be purchased separately.
The furnace accepts a range of work tubes up to 90mm outside diameter when used with tube reducer inserts.
High end Microprocessor PID controller.
Over temperature controller as standard supply.

Optional Features

Work tubes of varied material, length and diameter.
Separate work tubes are available for containment of atmosphere or protection against process contaminants.
A variety of end seals for work tubes to allow processing under vacuum or gas atmospheres.
Multi segment, multi program storage controller.
