Overview

The TSHvc12 is a horizontal tube furnace equipped with integral vacuum equipment. The Low Vacuum model achieves an ultimate vacuum level up to 10-3 mbar, while the High Vacuum model features a turbomolecular pump, reaching a vacuum level up to 10-5 mbar or better, with a clean, empty work tube.

Heating Elements

Heating is via a resistance wire element wound onto the ceramic worktube which is an integral part of the furnace

  • High Vacuum Model has a Turbomolecular pump for a vacuum level up to 10-5 mbar with clean empty work tube.
  • Pirani gauge - Low vacuum monitoring.
  • Penning gauge - High vacuum monitoring.
  • Vacuum tight valve.
  • Bypass for gas purging.
  • Gas outlet valve.
  • Safety over pressure valve.
  • Backing/Roughing and baffle valve.

  • Multi segment, multiprogram storage controller.
  • Gas inlet with additional safety systems for use with combustible atmospheres.
