Air Re-circulating Furnace - BAF 7

Overview

The BAF 7 air re-circulating furnaces provide good temperature uniformity and rapid thermal transfer to the load at lower temperatures, suitable for low temperature applications such as annealing, stress relieving, tempering and normalising and offers a choice of chamber capacities ranging from 15 to 45 litre.

Applications include annealing, stress relieving, tempering and normalising.

Standard Features

Mineral insulated metal sheathed heating elements which are fully insulated from liner.
The chamber is fitted with a stainless-steel liner.
Outer case is steel sheet coated with epoxy powder paint.
Vermiculate board insulation.
The fan and air guide system provide continuous movement of air around the workpiece.
Vertical lifting door keeps the hot face away from the operator when the door is opened.
Positive break door safety switch isolates heating elements from power supply when door is open.
The external case depth dimensions include the rear-mounted motor
