Top Loading Furnaces - TLCF12

Overview

TLCF - These are suited to application which involve heavy loads, where samples are contained in tall crucibles, or where there is a danger of spillage onto the base of the chamber.

Standard Features

Heating elements manufactured from high temperature resistance wire spirals which form the chamber.
Outer case manufactured from standard steel sheet finished with a tough yet attractive blue epoxy powder paint.
Relative ease and safety for the operator.
These heating elements are robust cast refractory panels mounted on all sides.
Exhaust port to assist fumes removal fitted to the furnace door.
A lever allows operator to open and close top opening door safely and conveniently.
A small ceramic chimney is fitted as standard.

Over temperature protection controller.
Monitoring probes.
Multi segment, multi program storage controllers.
